I’m a holistic creative specializing in leveraging rich client behavioral and experience data to redesign service ecosystems.  I have a proven track record of expanding companies’ capabilities and opening new creative doors that generate avenues for growth.  I advocate on behalf of end users and customers in an effort to improve their experiences with the brands I work with.  My efforts to improve quality of life, customer retention and conversion rates by making it easier for customers to find services that bring value to their lives are what drive me to learn and improve everyday.  I’m passionate about helping others and paying forward the support I’ve received over the years. 

Honesty and integrity are the two greatest principles that I live by.  I rely heavily on my ability to empathize with others and want nothing more than to lift people up.  I express this often through community outreach and volunteering for many philanthropic organizations.
